Hi scrappy friends! I know I haven't posted more about my "Morning Walk Journal". It has been the January from....(you know where) .... around here. We had major wind storms and power outages that lasted for days. And then to top it of 2 weeks ago I had to go in for eye surgery to repair a detached retina. Surgery went well and I'm healing as expected, but for about 3 months I won't be able to see out of my right eye. Everything is just a big blur in that eye. I have just recently resumed walking with Ida Mae. And I do intend to get back to my Morning walk journal. This page I had begun before the ....(you know what).... hit the fan, and I just finished it.
I remember thinking the quote "Red Sky At Morning... " When I was taking the photo's. I had no idea the storm it predicted would be so bad. Thank you so much for stopping by to look!!
Hi Friends!
I have 2 more Journal pages for my "Morning walk" Journal. You can click HERE to see my first post telling about my project.
This page is about seeing these long spikes of ice growing out of the ground when it gets cold. I think they look interesting, And my imagination would make them into things like a miniature ice castles, cities, or maybe ice troll hair.
Needle Ice! (you can click on the picture to enlarge it if you would like to read it)
49 and Market Nature Study papers for the back ground. 49 and Market Nature Study General Laser Cut Elements. I cut the flowers from Sizzix "Spring Stems" flowers die and brushed them with heavy gesso to make them look a bit snowy. I cut the number "5" from Scrapbook.com's "Bold Numbers" die set. I used a public domain image of a troll, altered it, and printed it along with the journaling on my printer. I fussy cut the troll, and also I used some ephemera from my stash. I edged some pieces with Vintage photo distress ink.
The next page "Snowy Sunday!"
This page is about the fist big storm of the year. 10 inches of light and fluffy snow. So pretty to walk through! And not to difficult to clean up.
"Less walking and more shoveling". 😀
2nd page creating: I used 49 and Market papers as the base page. I have lace to give a snowy texture. The quote comes from the children's book "the Snowy Day" . I used decorative scissors on the edge. I die cut the pine branch from Echo Park's "Jolly Branch Trio". The flourish comes from an old kaisercraft collection. The snow flakes are Reneabouques. And There is a cutout green bow from 49 and market.
Thank you so much for stopping by to look! ❤️
~TerryHi friends!
Walking in the morning with my dog is one of my favorite daily activities. We see so many wonderful things in the woods and fields. I have given myself a project of documenting the things we will see this new year 2024.
I have 2 pages complete. I haven't figured out how I'm going to bind them together yet.
I used some 49 and Market ephemera. I've also used some vintage book pages. I stamped and heat embossed with the stamp - Stampers Journey - "Stay Wild ".
I printed the text from photo shop
Here is my walking partner Ida Mae.
Thank you so much for stopping by to look! ❤️

Hi Every one!
I won the random drawing for the "Reneabouquets November "Make Anything" Challenge" on the Scrapbook.com Forum. This is what I created with the Reneabouquets Beautiful Board "De-Light-ful Christmas" collection. Which was one of the prize items I received.
Hi Everyone! I have made up a 12"x12" scrapbook page using Graphic 45's life is abundant papers. The image is of my sons dog Ginny when she was just a brand new yellow lab puppy. She has a dirty nose because she stuck her nose in the mud. 😄 I did a lot of fussy cutting and used some ephemera. I also used some chunky glitter and Reneabouques printed beautiful board sweet daisies.
The beautiful pink lilies were made by a friend, Carri.
On the cover I used the ephemera pieces, flowers, and chipboard pieces from the collection. I also used a lazer cut wood piece. I used embossing powder in it in gold and white. Some of the fussy cut flowers are left over from the Craft o clock Vintage Chic collection I used on the last mini album.
I have decorated with some Reneabouquets chipboard, and flowers from my stash.
This Mini Photo Album is for sale in my Etsy Shop .... TuesdayTyme ....
You can see a walk through of this mini album on You Tube ... HERE ...
