Blue Fern Studios Blush Custom Engagement Mini Album
I've made up a custom order engagement mini album using Blue Fern Studios - Blush papers.
I did a wash of dark brown acrylic paint to get down into the crevasses and details in the Prima - Montchamp Imperial resin frame. Then I went over it with yellow, pink, and champagne metallic acrylic paint.
I used Hedi Swap gold foil flakes on the frame and the chipboard "Love Everlasting" . I applied it with Glossy Accents glue. Just the same way I've seen people do with real gold leaf for gilding. I really like how it came out.
More of the same paint and gold foil on the Tim Hotz name plate on the spine. I've covered the spine with fabric.
I dressed a dress form to match the papers.
The piece of paper in the frame can be removed and used as a template to cut a picture to fit inside the frame. Then just glue down the frame.
Some magnets are used as closures and for holding photo mats in place. Here for example magnets hold these photo mats closed.
Engagement ring is a must!
There are pull out double sided photo mats and journaling spots throughout the book.
There is a Dresden bird in the upper left corner and a Dresden frame on the lace pocket.
More foiling and paint on the chipboard pieces decorating inside the book.
These frames work the same way as the first one, (with templates inside them)
The book holds a conservative count of 50 pictures. There are places for Uncroped 4x6 and 5x7 inch photos.
I've made 3 slide out Guest Book pages. Pull them out by the ribbon at the side of each page.
The back of the book has a pocket with 2 more tags for journaling on.
Thanks for stopping by to look!
