International friends are welcome to participate. BUT PLEASE NOTE: I will only pay up to $20 US Dollars of the shipping cost.   So please make sure you know what it will cost to ship to you and are willing to pay the balance of that cost, and any other costs that might be associated with the shipping, before you enter to win.     The package weighs 4Lbs and its box size is 12" x 12" x 12".
There are International Price Calculators on the internet that will help you calculate the cost of shipping.
       ( For example it costs me $49.06 to ship a package like this to Australia...   So an Austrian winner would have to pay $29.06 USD
to have the package shipped to them.)

I will put all the names in a hat and draw the winner on 3/20/2016 (next Sunday) in the morning and announce it on Face Book.
